Gyre Dies

Gyre is the NetCDF file server as well as matlab license server. Otherwise it plays no roll in the processing. Were gyre to die, then the first order of business would be to call Mathworks and get a new license file set up to work on another local machine.

Basically any other computer can serve as the repository for the NetCDF files. Micmac could as well. Just pick and choose, as long as the candidate machine has enough disk space. The filesystem structure on the candidate machine must match that on gyre.
