Residents of North America, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand can order their copy of the CD-ROM by sending a postal money order over AU$200 (two hundred Australian dollars) to
Matthias Tomczak, School of Chemistry, Physics and Earth Sciences, the Flinders University of South Australia, GPO Box 2100, Adelaide SA 5001, Australia |
AU$8 of the amount will be used for CD-ROM production, packaging and air mail. The remaining AU$192 will be donated to APHEDA, the overseas aid organisation of the Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU). Purchase of the CD-ROM at the full price includes the right to produce unlimited copies for students and other staff for teaching purposes.
Students enrolled at a university in North America, Europe, Japan, Australia or New Zealand can receive their personal copy of the CD-ROM at the reduced rate of AU$80, which will result in a donation to APHEDA of AU$72. Include proof of enrolment from the university with your money order.
No other use of this material as described above is permitted.
Residents of North America, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand usually have access to fast internet connections and could consider to download the entire CD-ROM for personal use or for class teaching purposes. This is acceptable in principle; however, it deprives you from doing a good deed, and those who try and attempt a full download will not get any assistance from the author.
