Remote Sensing Reflectance (Rrs)

Input

  1. Upwelling radiance (Lu) from a lower OCR sensor.

  2. Downwelling irradiance (Ed) from an upper OCR sensor.

  3. Seven wavelengths of both upper and lower OCR sensors.

  4. Diffuse attenuation coefficient (Kd) augmented with spectral Kd values using chlorophyll.

  5. Solar zenith angle.

Output

The remote sensing reflectance spectrum just above the sea surface (0+) for each wavelength. In the NetCDF file, it is named Rrs.
