Sensor Information for UMOOS Mooring: A0138

Mooring History:
DateBuffer NameData TypeDepthComments
2017-12-08 01:54ALLALL deployed by R/V Connecticut
2017-12-19 01:00sbe37ALL11st corrupted SM data, garbled
2017-12-25 15:00sbe37ALL1SM data badly intermittent in cellphone data -- note seems related to Gill (serial) data and flagged optics (serial) data
2017-12-30 04:20metwind_direction-4Backup RMYoung wind direction flagged as invalid (too erratic).
2018-01-06 00:45sunaALL20last valid suna data. Two more records with "-1" values", then no data from instrument.
2018-01-08 03:00metwind_2_speed,wind_2_gust,wind_2_direction-4Primary wind sensor failed (all readings zero); backup wind sensor speed okay but direction had previously failed.
2018-01-10 16:00sbe37ALL1SM data ok. Note this seems to correspond to when the Gill finally stopped sending data (same SIO4 port)
2018-03-02 17:10metwind_speed,wind_gust,wind_direction-4Backup wind sensor failed (all readings zero); primary wind sensor failed 8 Jan 2018.
2018-03-03 06:00sbe16dissolved_oxygen5050m dissolved oxgyen sensor not reporting good data (too low); flagged as invalid.
2018-04-01 15:13dopplerALL3.2Doppler voltage dropping and needs to be monitored closely.
2018-07-10 14:05ALLALL recovered by R/V Connecticut

Notes: Sensors highlighted in red indicate problems with this sensor during deployment. Depth is measured relative to the ocean surface with positive depths indicating depths below the ocean surface. Negative depths are heights above the surface. In the case of doppler current measurements, the depth indicates depth of first measurement:delta-depth:depth of last measurement. For instance, 10:4:106 represents currents measured every 4 meters from 10 meters down to 106 meters (28 depths in all).
